Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and any refunds will be at the discretion of Ascension.
Cancellation Right
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. When goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.
Returns Policy
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 7 days of receipt and should arrive in original, undamaged packaging and sent to the following address: Ascension, Unit 1 Block 3, Manor Farm Business Park, Manor Loan, Blairlogie, Stirling, FK9 5QD. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please note that for undergarments, pierced earrings, toiletries and cosmetics we cannot accept returns unless the item is either faulty or in the rare instance where Ascension has dispatched an incorrect item. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
